Terms of Use

These Terms explain the conditions for using the CalKok iOS app and your responsibilities when reviewing and saving schedule suggestions.
The service
CalKok extracts event and reminder suggestions from images, screenshots, and chat-style text you choose, and helps you save confirmed items.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the title, date, time, location, alerts, and all other details before saving. Submit images or text containing another person's information only when you are authorised to do so and it is reasonably necessary for your schedule.
Subscriptions and payment
Free users receive 15 AI credits each month. Pro includes 100 AI credits each month and analysis of up to five images per request. Pro subscriptions are billed through the App Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer are shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase. Eligibility for a free trial or other introductory offer is determined by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription and restore eligible purchases through the app or your App Store account.
Availability and service changes
Features may vary by device, operating-system version, language, country, and availability of Apple or third-party services. We may change usage limits, subscription offerings, or service providers with reasonable notice where required. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website.
Prohibited use
You may not upload images without authorization, make abusive or automated API requests, bypass security controls, or use AI results as the sole basis for high-risk decisions.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the consumer laws of your country or region.
Age requirements
CalKok is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and if the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent at a higher age, you may use CalKok only with that consent.
Disclaimers
CalKok does not guarantee the accuracy of extracted schedules, successful saving to Calendar or Reminders, or outcomes resulting from schedules you save.
